  • Masseuse

  • Engineer

    Low end: 0 experience to 1 years in professional yachting,
    Hard work ethic, positive attitude, teamwork, ability to take direction and an Interest in learning about engineering systems.
    Should hold an AEC or MEOL

    High end: At least 4 years in professional yachting, should have a hard work ethic with a positive attitude and the ability to take direction. Will have a good knowledge of onboard systems “ diesel, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, electronics and outboards” and also have a sound grounding in electrical, coms and auto visual systems.
    Will hold a Y4, Y3 or commercial equivalent.

  • Professional Race Crew

  • Deck Hand

    Low end: 0 experience to 1 years in professional yachting.
    Should have an STCW 95 ticket, RYA Power boat level 2, May have a yacht masters

    High end: At least 4 years in professional yachting, should have a hard work ethic with a positive attitude and the ability to take direction.
    Will have an STCW 95 ticket, RYA Power boat level 2, Commercial Yacht Master, ENG 1 and possible their OOW

  • Stewardess

    High end: At least 4/5 years of experience on yachts, Previous restaurant, fine dining experience, Silver service training. May have additional skills such as Masseuse training.
    Should have STCW 95, RYA Power boat level 2.

  • 2nd Stewardess

    Low end: At least 2 years of experience on yachts, may have previous hospitality experience.
    May have an STCW 95 ticket

    High end: At least 4/5 years of experience on yachts, previous restaurant, fine dining experience, Silver service training. May have additional skills such as Masseuse training.
    Should have STCW 95, RYA Power boat level 2.

  • Bosun

    Low end: 1or 2 years in professional yachting.
    Should have an STCW 95 ticket, RYA Power boat level 2 and Yacht Masters

    High end: At least 4 years in professional yachting, should have a hard work ethic, good maintenance skills, basic engineering knowledge, keen eye for detail and a knowledge of water sports.
    Will have an STCW 95 ticket, RYA Power boat level 2, Commercial Yacht Master, ENG 1 and possible their OOW

  • 2nd Engineer

    Low end: 0 experience to 1 years in professional yachting,
    General knowledge of on board systems “ diesel, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, electronics and outboards
    Team player, able to assist with some deck duties, Hard work ethic, Positive attitude, Ability to take direction.

    High end: At least 4 years in professional yachting, should have a hard work ethic with a positive attitude and the ability to take direction. Will have a good knowledge of onboard systems “ diesel, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, electronics and outboards and also have a sound grounding in electrical, coms and auto visual systems.”
    Will hold a Y4, Y3 or commercial equivalent.

  • Chief Engineer

    Low end: 4 years in professional yachting,
    Good technical / trouble shooting experience, Good knowledge of all onboard systems “engines, generators, fuel polishing, water makers, electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning, computers, hydraulics, sanitation, also have a sound grounding in electrical, coms and auto visual systems.” good planning for preventative maintenance, multitasking, ability to delegate, accounting, knowledge of contractors.
    Will hold a Y3, Y1 or commercial equivalent

    General knowledge of on board systems “ diesel, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, electronics and outboards
    Team player, able to assist with some deck duties, Hard work ethic, Positive attitude, Ability to take direction.

    High end: 4 years in professional yachting,
    Excellent technical / trouble shooting experience, Excellent knowledge of all onboard systems “engines, generators, fuel polishing, water makers, electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning, computers, hydraulics, sanitation, also have a Excellent grounding in electrical, coms and auto visual systems.” Excellent planning for preventative maintenance, multitasking, ability to delegate, accounting, knowledge of contractors.

  • 2nd Mate

    Low end: 2 or 3 years in professional yachting. Must have the ability to stand a watch.  Should have a hard work ethic, good maintenance skills, basic engineering knowledge, keen eye for detail, a knowledge of water sports and the ability to delegate and effectively communicate.
    Should have an STCW 95 ticket, RYA Power boat level 2 and Commercial Yacht Masters. May have an OOW

    High end: At least 5 years in professional yachting. Must have the ability to stand a watch. Should have a hard work ethic, Extensive maintenance skills, basic engineering knowledge, keen eye for detail and an Extensive knowledge of water sports a knowledge of water sports and the ability to delegate and effectively communicate.
    Will have an OOW or Chief mates ticket

  • Mate

    Low end: 2 or 3 years in professional yachting. Must have the ability to stand a watch.  Should have a hard work ethic, good maintenance skills, basic engineering knowledge, keen eye for detail, a knowledge of water sports and the ability to delegate and effectively communicate.
    Should have an STCW 95 ticket, RYA Power boat level 2 and Commercial Yacht Masters. May have an OOW

    High end: At least 7 years in professional yachting. Has the ability to stand in for the captain. Should have a excellent boat handling, watch keeping and navigational skills, extensive maintenance skills, basic engineering knowledge, keen eye for detail and an extensive knowledge of water sports a knowledge of water sports and have the ability to delegate, effective communicator and organized.
    Will have the Chief mates ticket or 3,000gt licence, will have excellent ISM and ISPS knowledge and practices.

  • Chief Stewardess

    Low end: At least 2 years of experience on yachts. May have previous hospitality experience.
    May have an STCW 95 ticket

    High end: More that 4/5 years of experience on yachts. Previous restaurant, fine dining experience. Silver service training, vast knowledge of wines, service and housekeeping. May have additional skills such as Masseuse training .
    Should have STCW 95, RYA Power boat level 2.

  • Yacht Captain

    Low end: This descript varies so greatly due to the size of vessel as to make it redundant.

    High end: At least 10 years in professional yachting. Excellent boat handling and navigational skills, calm and charismatic personality, superior leadership, communication, management and diplomacy skills, excellent maintenance, engineering and technical / troubleshooting experience, organized and methodical, with good financial management skills.
    Will have a 3,000gt or commercial license, will have excellent ISM and ISPS knowledge and practices.

  • Purser

    Low end: Either having a minimum of 5 years as a chief stewardess or extensive office based skills. May have previous restaurant fine dining experience, Silver service training, Should have Superior communications, organization, diplomacy and delegation skills, Familiar with ISM and ISPS protocols, Financial management, Advanced computer skills
    May have, STCW 95, RYA Power boat level 2

    High end: Minimum of 5 years as a chief stewardess and extensive office based skills. May have previous restaurant fine dining experience, Silver service training, Vast knowledge of wines, service and housekeeping, Will have Superior communications, organization, diplomacy and delegation skills, Familiar with ISM and ISPS protocols, Financial management, Advanced computer skills.

    Should have an STCW 95 ticket, RYA Power boat level 2.

  • Chef

    Low end: 0 experience to 1 years in professional yachting, Will have formal restaurant training, some provisioning experience, knowledge of food safety and storage, knowledge of nutrition, diets and allergies, organized, adaptable and creative, time management,

    High end: 3 /4 years in professional yachting, Will have formal restaurant training, Good provisioning experience, knowledge of food safety and storage, knowledge of nutrition, diets and allergies, organized, adaptable and creative, time management. Should have an STCW 95 ticket, RYA Power boat level 2

  • 2nd Chef

    Low end: 0 experience to 1 years in professional yachting, Will have formal restaurant training, some provisioning experience, knowledge of food safety and storage, knowledge of nutrition, diets and allergies, organized, adaptable and creative, time management, Ability to take direction.
